We proudly partner with “mieux restaurant”, a celebrated French restaurant committed to farm-to-table cuisine and the rich blessings of nature. With 30 years of culinary experience — including training in France — the chef presents refined French cuisine alongside a curated selection of 250 wines.

Using seasonal ingredients harvested locally in Yamanashi and the surrounding region — such as Fuji-no-Suke trout, ayu sweetfish, Koshu jidori chicken, Koshu beef, vegetables from the northern foothills of Mt. Fuji, and seasonal fruits — each menu is thoughtfully composed with French techniques and creative flair, tailored exclusively for you.
