Yes, every villa comes with its own private hot spring bath, drawing from the natural Kawaguchiko hot spring. You're welcome to enjoy it at any hour of the day or night, for as long as you'd like — the perfect way to unwind after a day of travel. As it's entirely private to your villa, guests with tattoos are also welcome to enjoy it without any concerns.
Yes, a sauna is located within the same bathroom as your private hot spring bath. Surround yourself with your favorite sauna aroma and experience "totonoi" — the blissful state of deep relaxation unique to sauna culture. In winter, many guests also use the pool as a cold plunge after their sauna session. Since the sauna is entirely private to your villa, guests with tattoos are welcome to use it as well.
The villa features three bedrooms, making it ideal for multi-generational family gatherings or stays with extended family and friends. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests; if your group is larger, please contact us in advance.

Yes. We partner with several talented chefs, including mieux restaurant, a celebrated French restaurant devoted to local, seasonal ingredients. Led by a chef with 30 years of experience, including training in France, mieux restaurant pairs dishes made with Yamanashi specialties — such as Fuji-no-suke trout, Koshu beef, and mountain vegetables from the northern foothills of Mt. Fuji — with a selection of 250 wines. Italian, Japanese, and other cuisines are also available. If you're interested, please contact us in advance, and we'll check availability with the chef on your behalf.
There is no strict deadline, but we recommend requesting your booking at least one week before your stay. Please note that during busy seasons, availability with our partner chefs may be limited, so we encourage booking as early as possible.
Kayaking, SUP, lake cruises, and — in winter — smelt fishing are all available nearby through NaturaBase. Yes. During the winter months, snowfall and icy roads are possible around the Lake Kawaguchi area. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped with winter tires or carry snow chains for a safe journey. If you're renting a car in Japan, please note that an International Driving Permit is generally required in addition to your home country's license. Also, since Kawaguchiko sits at a higher elevation than central Tokyo, evenings can be cool even in summer, so we recommend packing a light jacket regardless of the season.
We regret that we do not offer a shuttle service. We recommend traveling by taxi or rental car to reach the villa.
The villa is approximately 8 minutes (about 5km) from the Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway, or about 18 minutes (approximately 11km) from the Fujiyoshida Nishikatsura Smart Interchange. From central Tokyo, the drive takes approximately 90 minutes, and from both Narita and Haneda airports, plan for roughly 2.5 to 3 hours by car depending on traffic.
We regret that we do not arrange rental cars. We appreciate your understanding, and ask that you make your own arrangements in advance.
