There are no specific restrictions on consecutive nights.
Can the villa be used by large groups?
If your group exceeds the maximum occupancy, please contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements.
Are pets allowed?
We regret that pets are not permitted.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
50% of the total amount from 50 days prior to arrival
100% of the total amount from 30 days prior to arrival

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring your own ingredients and beverages.

For safety reasons, bringing your own BBQ grill is not permitted. Please use the BBQ equipment provided at the facility.

Can we bring fireworks?
Yes. Handheld fireworks are permitted until 9:00 PM, and only in the designated area.
We will explain the location at check-in.
A bucket of water for extinguishing is provided, and we ask you to be surely use it.
